AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!This by far is the worst AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This by far is the worst experience I've ever had while attempting to buy a car. Not only was the car incorrectly advertised AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This by far is the worst experience I've ever had while attempting to buy a car. Not only was the car incorrectly advertised, it was also damaged. The salesman Fred was incompetent at best and insulting at worst. He instantly attempted to dismiss me informing him the car wasn't as listed (manual instead of automatic). Insinuating that the ad stated the car was damaged. He disappeared for such lengthy periods, I had to look for him to get any updates. I can't believe the disorganization, the lack of communication, the disrespect and the blatant disregard for my time that I experienced here..Oh, and I now have multiple inquiries on my credit report. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from McGill Toyota on 11/12/19. I will ask again and he will not respond at all. The next day I had a screw on one of the tires and it was on the side so could not be repaired and I ask the Leandro what he can do for me on that tire since it was not repairable, he just help me to get a discount from 300 to $ 190 for the new tire, he said that was the best deal, because they were not charging me for labor. In finance was a bad experience with Karime Nava. I did not sign the contract loan until 12/14/19, because I told her that I will like to submit the information to my credit union in order to get a better interest than Toyota. Toyota offered me 5.90% with for 75 months, so my credit union ask me for the sales order which I ask Karime Nava multiple time and no answer, I also email her the addresses, and I text all the information, but she never did. I called and leave a massage and never respond until this day. Also try my sales guy and the same respond. So finally, I when back on the 14th and told her why she did not respond and her answer was she was busy, also told me that she tries some other banks for better rate but no luck. So, I decide to sing with Toyota and when she was doing the paperwork, she mentions by do way Toyota only does 72 moths so my payment when up about $40. After couple weeks later I still receiving letters from banks, at least 7-8 different banks and credit unions, these banks were running my credit, now my credit score when down 22 points in less than a month, all these mess up my credit, even do I sign the contract with Toyota On 11/14/19. Also before I was completing paperwork on the 14th I explained her that I was interested in the extended warranty and if I can get it later, she responded “yes”. After a week of trying to contact Karime Nava about the warranties by phone and text I had the same problem NOT answering my calls or text. Sonia Alonzo w/public relationship was the only person helping me, she when to finance and introduce me with Lupe Barrera in finance, but I ask NOT to talk to Karime Nava. Lupe Barrera and her boss were very kind and helpful after explain what I when true in sales and finance. They offer me the warranty on wheels and tires. The finance and sales personal never told me that I have to get a life warranty certificate on the powertrain and oil change. I still send another client to my sales guy and HE SOLD the car, I had a 3rd person interested, but I had to tell him to go to another dealer, because the service was horrible. 2 weeks later my stereo started having problems turning off and on, took the highlander back to the dealer on Tuesday 12/3/19 morning by the afternoon they call me to pick the highlander, they told me that they will order a new radio and it will take 2-3 weeks, so I told service that it was unacceptable. 43K vehicle and I have to be driving with no radio?!. I ask my sales guy for a loaner and he told me that it will take 7 day to get one, I was already without car for 2 days finally Thursday 12/5/19 for the loaner. On 12/6/19 my car was read, they changed the radio radio, pick it up and leaving the dealer the problem persist, so I took it back. Saturday dealer call me saying that it was my iPhone and not the radio. They reset my phone and when Flame was showing me all the equipment in my car, since the sales guy did not show me all the details on it, the radio when off again, so they change some cables that night and still had the problem. I left the car until Tuesday 12/10/19 Flame reset my phone again and delete some stuff from my phone and watch. So far is been 3 days and nothing happen YET. I have a road trip coming next week I hope does not happen on my trip. since the problem show off until 2 weeks late after a bought my car. LUPE BARRERA AND SONIA ALONZO were above and beyond while helping me. Thank you. More

Bad service oil change information at front desk I go in for an oil change and asked the how long will it take? Answer, 3 hours! What? So, still needed it so went to sit and wait, so it was ready in I go in for an oil change and asked the how long will it take? Answer, 3 hours! What? And it was used by Don McGill Toyota, advertising a car at a price, then saying you can get it at a lower price, and when we got there the unit was $7000.00 more. The sales person was Mike C. An arrogant, narrow minded man stuck in the past, that didn't know how to sell a car to a young man with excellent credit, a great job, a sizable down payment, and financing in hand. I get it, they wouldn't make the money off this deal they had envisioned. But a sale is a sale. 1 hour later, we bought from Gullo Toyota, and it was a wonderful experience. In and out with a beautiful car in 2.5 hours! Bottom line, Don McGill is a place where dreams are turned into nightmares! More

The last straw was bringing my tundra to get a scratch repaired that was done while getting an oil change . Kathy was my service advisor. Actually she was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I called to ask what exit I should take. She said she didn’t know and suggested I use my navigation system as no one there would know that. I’m having an eye problem with one of my eyes and could not read the card. When I got there she was angry and mean. I was almost in tears. She thought is was doing me a great favor.. by fixing what they did. I thought I would have a place I could get good honest service. I will never go there again. More

Horrible and belittling service I purchased a certified pre-owned car from Don McGill and 5 days later it would not start. I called the service center and asked what to do and they I purchased a certified pre-owned car from Don McGill and 5 days later it would not start. I called the service center and asked what to do and they said they would send a tow truck. The tow truck took 2 hours to arrive. I had my car towed in and was met by Flame, the service manager. I voiced my concern, granted I had purchased the car 5 days prior to which I was met with "Oh yes honey I know, your world is falling apart". I asked if I could speak to a manager about my concerns and Flame mocked me and said "Yes, I will put you in touch with someone to voice your concerns". I was then given to a salesperson, who was unhelpful and unimpressive. After my car was inspected and a new battery was installed (because I was sold a car with a bad battery), Flame proceeded to lecture me about saving his direct line in his phone to call for maintenance and was angry I hadn't saved his number. I understand that car issues happen, but I expect to be treated with respect and decency when things come up. I felt belittled and insulted by Flame and felt as though my issue was not considered to be of importance. I do not recommend purchasing a car from Don McGill if this is the service and quality experience they show their customers. More
