We went there there to find a new car. The trims and colors they had did not matched what we were looking for. The salesman said that he will let us know as soon as a car like the one we w The trims and colors they had did not matched what we were looking for. The salesman said that he will let us know as soon as a car like the one we were looking for arrived at the dealership. After more than a month of useless messages about cars that did not match what we were looking for, the salesman got upset and said that he had already offered us a very nice deal and that if we really wanted a car, we would have already bought one by now. I answered him that that was very rude to say to a customer and he answered that there were other dealerships were we can buy our car from. More

I arrived a bit early but it was no problem, I was greeted as I drove up, they took my information and was escorted to a service writer inside.
