Rana was friendly and understanding of the time crunch I was in, so he offered an immediate test drive and answered all of my questions while not being pushy at all. There was no way I could have bought the vehicle that day (even though I wanted to), so before I left, he introduced me to his sales manager. Ethan was sincere, courteous, and understanding of my situation. Both he and Rana followed up with me the next day and presented an outstanding offer for the truck and my trade.
