I expressed my concern to Lyndsay in costumer relations and she arranged for me to drop off my car to run a diagnostic to figure out the exact problem. She offered to pay for the diagnostic and paid for half of the cost of the new remote. This was extremely helpful since this was costly. The whole team at the repair shop was supportive and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Thank you so much to the whole team at the service department as well as costumer relations. More
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Don McGill Toyota. After purchasing a car from them over three weeks ago, I was told that it would be delivered on March 30th. However, the delivery date has been delayed multiple times, and I have been left without a car for weeks, causing me significant financial hardship and emotional distress. To make matters worse, the sales representative and manager have been giving conflicting information about the shipment status of the car. The sales representative told me that the car was shipped and in transit, while the manager informed me that it has not yet been shipped. It's concerning to me that there seems to be a lack of communication and organization within the dealership. When I contacted customer care to express my frustration and request a temporary car, I felt dismissed when the representative said she would "work on it" and get back to me. When the main Toyota Customer Care called the dealership, they were informed that they could not provide me with a temporary car. I have all the text messages on my phone that prove how they repeatedly lied to me and made me wait one day longer each time. I was told that the dealership will call me tomorrow morning with an update. I will wait until that call, but if they cannot find a solution, I will involve my attorney, reach out to the local news, and file a complaint with the FCC. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing a car from Don McGill Toyota. More
