I had an issue with my oil change because the oil cap was not put back on and oil was flowing from the top of the engine. I understand mistakes happen and luckily I realized there was a problem before I left not put back on and oil was flowing from the top of the engine. I understand mistakes happen and luckily I realized there was a problem before I left the dealership. I met with a service dept. manager and he promptly and professionally remedied the situation! Even ran my car through the wash bay and topped off my gas tank. Excellent customer service and I will return for future service. More
