The service department at Don McGill is fantastic. I had taken my vehicle elsewhere for the yearly vehicle inspection and they failed my car. There was no indication of any issue with my car. The worst experience i have ever had. First they make you sign the lease before the vehicle is available. So you are making lease payments on a vehicle you don't even have possession of. First they make you sign the lease before the vehicle is available. So you are making lease payments on a vehicle you don't even have possession of. Then I find out Toyota Financial does not have an account set up yet. I have made 2 lease payments to the dealership and have no idea if these will be applied to my account when it is eventually created. In the meantime the third payment is coming due and I have no way to make the payment. This is a nightmare and no one seems to care or even able to resolve this nightmare. Doing business with this dealership has been a huge mistake. More
