I would rate it 0 if I could. Salespeople standing outside like vultures. They won’t let you park and will wait next to your door as soon as you do park. Some of the force you to park in a certain parking spot. Then you have the price gouging and over inflated prices here. Overall bad experience and never returning back here or sending anyone I know. Very poorly managed and operated dealership that no one should spend their hard earned money at. They also delete negative reviews so people don’t know what they’re getting into More

Crystal M. provided exceptional customer service. I arrived late for my 1 pm appointment so had to wait in line like the others, which is fair, and actually it provided exceptional customer service. I arrived late for my 1 pm appointment so had to wait in line like the others, which is fair, and actually it turned out to be a blessing in disguise to have Crystal help me. She finished the Don Mcgill commitment service of my vehicle in time for me to pick up my child after school. Knowing I was on a time crunch, she was courteous to save me time from having to walk to the register for check out, as she herself walked over to where I was waiting inside the dealership to personally hand me the keys and tell me everything was good to go.
