We, at Don McGill Toyota, want to make sure that all our customers' expectations are met. Our Body Shop has been in business for over 40 years and is ranked #1 in the 5 state region. While we understand we cannot make all customers happy, we are saddened to hear that after several visits and many repairs (not part of the original concern) completed, we were not able to satisfy Nevrenuf432. We have tried reaching Nevrenuf432, in the hopes of discussing how we can improve her experience as well as that of others, but have been unable to do so. We hope that in the future we will be given another opportunity to prove ourselves as a great body shop.
