Never buy from them Dealer and their sales staff do not know the community because they took us on a test drive that got us caught in traffic for two hours They add a Dealer and their sales staff do not know the community because they took us on a test drive that got us caught in traffic for two hours They add a bunch of useless stuff to the price of the car like protectant, totaling almost two thousand dollars. Then they give you less than that of a discount and you are suppose to be happy They force you to sign an arbitration agreement, at the last minute. They offer you nothing in exchange for the agreement which is meant only to protect them if they cheat you. More
Review I was tricked over the phone to come into the store. I was inquiring about the new Camry and was told they were taking preorders at this time by Danie I was tricked over the phone to come into the store. Once getting there the sales associate was more interested in running my credit more so than explaining the questions I had to asked him. He then later told me that they wasn't doing any preorders because they didn't have the modules for the vehicles just yet. A waste of my time and gas! A friend of mine came with me and wanted to test drive a vehicle and was told he had to put a down payment down just to test drive! WHAT?! I went right over to Joe Myers where the staff was friendly, and knowledgeable and was interested in helping me. I will never recommend anyone to come to this Don McGill Toyota. More
