Mediocre treatment by Alex ( financing guy) I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted & with an excellent credit score. Alex offered me the crappiest deal, was rude & condescending I fe I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted & with an excellent credit score. Alex offered me the crappiest deal, was rude & condescending I felt insulted. At one point we literally walked out & it took convincing by the salesperson & a different finance guy (larry) to close the deal. Alex is a jerk. Plus we were repeat customers too having bought 2 other cars there within 10 years. Definitely not buying another car from Don Mcgill. More

Lissa helped me get the vehicle that I wanted, with all the features I wanted but she also went the extra mile, getting it from another dealership the same day. She made sure that I got a great deal, one that was both fair and reasonable. Lissa setup many of the features for me and told me to drive the vehicle for a week write down any questions that I may have come back and she would go over all of them with me so that I would feel comfortable and could get the most from my new vehicle.
