Worst experience, and waste of time I had the worst experience EVER trading and buying a used car today .I have a no star raiding for Don Miguel Toyota in Houston . I spent 7 hours at th I had the worst experience EVER trading and buying a used car today .I have a no star raiding for Don Miguel Toyota in Houston . I spent 7 hours at the dealership today on a deal that literally could have taken 2 hours . This is the most Most disorganized, unprofessional, waste of time... DO NOT BUYE car from there. I called days in advance to look at 2 cars I really wanted. Was told they would be ready wen I get there for test driving. I had a appointment already scheduled...They were not ready...I didn’t even get to see any of the cars till a hour and a half after I got there, while they looked at my car to tell me how much they would give for my trade. I could have been test driving!while I was waiting. one of the cars was dirty and had not been detailed at all. I had to wait on everything and several times had to GO LOOK for the sales rep that was helping me. Ridiculous.....I finally got my car... get home and there’s something wrong on one of the seats . It’s minor just a clip missing, but that was suppose to be correct apon the inspection.. I call to complain bout it. There ganna fix it but I have to drive over another hour to go there to fix it. Yes the dealership is over a hour away.... They have no concern for your time at all , or how much they waste of it, Even explaining that I have a sick child at home and a funeral out of town in a few days I have to get ready for. This was my only day off to take care of these things. More
