Lissa helped me get the vehicle that I wanted, with all the features I wanted but she also went the extra mile, getting it from another dealership the same day. She made sure that I got a great deal, one that was both fair and reasonable. Lissa setup many of the features for me and told me to drive the vehicle for a week write down any questions that I may have come back and she would go over all of them with me so that I would feel comfortable and could get the most from my new vehicle. At 640pm, the person I was working with said he was leaving at 7pm, so what did I want to do. I needed more time, so advised that I would be back the next day at 430pm. I arrived on time and still had to wait another 45 minutes for assistance. Also, the showroom smells terrible. I do love my car, and my salesman was excellent, but the rest of my experience was subpar More
