Chris Rhodes was great! I was with my salesman for 2 hours (test drive, compared a few vehicles, he went back and forth to the finance department,etc...) which was fine. Gua I was with my salesman for 2 hours (test drive, compared a few vehicles, he went back and forth to the finance department,etc...) which was fine. Guadalupe (finance dept) informed me that I would be in her office roughly 30-45 minutes, which is too long. I ended up being in her office for 1 hour and 40 minutes, wayyyyyyy too long. No one, I repeat no one should have to wait that long to get a $40,000 vehicle financed. I should have followed my first mind and used my credit union that already preapproved me. More

Excellent experience I have shopped several dealerships some of them were Toyota and some were not. While my shopping experience at other dealerships varied. At other deal I have shopped several dealerships some of them were Toyota and some were not. While my shopping experience at other dealerships varied. At other dealerships I dealt with salespersonnel that had no product knowledge or would straight tell lie to sell a car. There are were those that did not have that issue, but they did not stand out. While prices do not vary that much from dealership to dealership the customer experience varied greatly. At this dealership I encountered a very positive experience. I was quickly greeted. A salesperson came quickly. Mr. Pham is very easy to talk to and very energetic. He is a breath of fresh air and wildly different from any other salesman I encountered in a positive way. He goes above and beyond in explaining and demonstrating features of the car. Making the experience enjoyable and not confusing as Toyota has many nice models and options. I definitely enjoyed working with him in this process and would highly recommend him and this dealership to others. He shows a energy and passion I have never seen in cars sales. He is a great asset to your dealership. More
