We initially went with the intention of buying one used car for my husband, but we ended up buying a brand new Toyota Camry 2018 for myself and a clean Toyota 4 runner truck for my husband because we got a perfect death at an excellent rate on both vehicles. I was told 1 bank and received letters from other banks saying my applications was denied which was surprising. To finally get my finance questions answered I had to talk to 3 different finance guys. The sales department has their own service team. I recommend getting sales to take care of small agreed upon things before you sign any paper work. Going through service on your own is a hassle. But the service guys are actually really knowledgeable and know that sales pushes customers to sign before taking care of the minor repairs. My car needed something with the wheels fixed. More

Good sales, not great trade in value. They gave me a good price. Only thing I would say to change would be that the inital trade in price was not great. I had fixed the car at this dealership, paid $5k for the fix, and two months later they offered $1.2k for it. Kelly blue book said $2k. I bartered for more, and got it. I was told often how good a price I was getting for this, "better than employee". I don't think this was the salesmen's fault at all, but management makes me feel like my loyalty of staying there for both maintenance and new cars wasn't necessarily appreciated. Victor was good to work with. Just wish the trade in wasn't as much of a fight. More
