Jeep 2014 I waited about an hour to finance my vehicle which at one point I almost walked out... I don’t understand why it took so long to speak to a finance pe I waited about an hour to finance my vehicle which at one point I almost walked out... I don’t understand why it took so long to speak to a finance person. When I finally finished the transaction my vehicle was given to me on an empty tank at that point I just said forget it and drove off with my purchase.. I received a call 2 days ago that my license plates were in and I told the receptionist if she could mail them to me and she asked me for my vin # and I said are you serious your calling me and she said yes I need it so I said ok let me get it. I was walking to my car to get the vin # and as I got there she hung up the phone.. I had to call her back and it took forever to get a hold of someone..I finally spoke to the person that hung up on me and she took down my information but was rude.. I have purchased many cars before at different dealerships and have always had good experiences..This was actually the worst experience ever.. More
