They "undercoated" our F150 and didn't even spray the frame. They offered to fix it but I already had it re-undercoated elsewhere. They refunded me half of the service fee. More

Brad, thank you for the opportunity to discuss this matter with your wife on November 9. As we discussed with her, our representative from the manufacturer said the warranty is valid, as spraying the frame is not necessary. We showed our representative the photos you sent us, and the Auto Armor representatives who trained our employees ensured that the warranty is valid. Additionally, we offered to come get the vehicle to touch it up and do the frame to your liking, but the vehicle was already being done elsewhere. We have reviewed our process with our Auto Armor representative to ensure that we are indeed doing the applications correctly, and we have initiated a quality control process. I hope you are satisfied with the arrangement we discussed with your wife, and please remember that the warranty against corrosion is, indeed, in place
