He also helped me get everything set up for the Ford Pass and my account. I feel like Gary went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything about my new vehicle. He is a truly knowledgeable person. I would highly recommend that people purchasing a vehicle work with him before taking their vehicle home.

Steve Statz is absolutely [expletive] awesome! Very friendly, very attentive and helpful. Our experience purchasing the Maverick was smooth, no problems, in and out. AND, he passed my "customer service test question! Example: what's an acceptable ratio of satisfied to unsatisfied customers? Answer: zero! It is a trick question, he passed. Nobody else ive delt with over the years have answered correctly. That shows to me his commitment to providing excellent service. I won't go anywhere else. Middleton Ford and Steve Statz are THE best. I'd leave six stars, but it only goes to five. Keep rockin' Middleton Ford!
