I limped into the dealer with steam billowing out of my hood and they dropped what they were doing and came out to help. Even though it was late on a Friday, they quickly diagnosed what the problem was, ordered the part and the very hour it came in (the following Tuesday), they swapped out the part for way under the price the originally quoted me. Tim in the Service dept. was stellar and helped me get back on the road to meet my deadlines. I really appreciate these guys and their willingness to help the customer. Don K (specifically parts/service/auto glass repair, and “GM” travis) dealership team conducted themselves in such arrogant, abrasive, ignorant, careless, and idiotic manners- that I can while-heartedly say to God himself- people like them are what we all dread. What we avoid. What we never want to become. An individual so consumed with themselves, money, greed, I don’t know, I had the worst experience of my life after I bought the vehicle and spent over 30 hours of driving to and from that dealership for them to not only fall short on their word, but to leave me feeling so shocked that car dealerships like this one still exist. Don’t come here: don’t buy a car from here, tell people you know and love not to go there. Everything about that place is shiny on the outside but trust me- they don’t care about you. Your new baby. Your overall well-being. They don’t. They want your money. And take yours elsewhere because once you sign on that dotted line- you will forever be imprisoned to their backwards, tragically comical methods for making that Christmas bonus. you’re only as good as your word- and theirs is straight xxxxxxxx More

Sad to see the decline of what was once a good dealership The last three vehicles I bought at Don K were awesome experiences. When I was in a bind and needed a car NOW they helped me out in a matter of hours. When it was time to trade in the car for a mini van--I didn't think twice. Sadly my most recent (and last) sales experience with Don K wasn't so great. The vehicle is awesome and the trade in went smoothly enough. But all the little things add up and I have to say the whole thing felt a little slimy. On all my previous purchases I drove away with a full tank of gas. This time they "forgot". They used to also offer a free first oil change on new cars as well but that went away. I was offered a military discount but I'd rather change it myself and save even more. I asked about hooking up a cell phone and was told its easy--it's not. They used to do it for you. They was a courtesy tire inflation kit which I thought was kind of neat--until I found out that they don't include a spare tire any more. The reasoning: since you have free road side assistance you don't need it. But what if your out of a service area? Before the sale was even final the salesman asked me if he could send me a survey to my mobile phone. Then he borrowed my phone to pull it up for me but completed it himself--giving himself top marks. When I found it o Google Reviews later, I removed it. More

I also always try to get the dealer to remedy the situation first before I say anything. But I will now share the experiences I’ve had with DonK dodge in Whitefish, MT since they have burned me again. I’ve had my 2007 Ram 1500 in several times for various repairs and maintenance. Usually there is no issue. However, I took my truck in at least four to six times to fix “squishy” brakes. Each time they said they fixed it, however after a few days, it would be squishy again. The second to last time I took it in for the squishy brakes, they replaced the Master cylinder and “reset” the proportioning valve: again. It was better for a few days, then it was back to that squishy issue. Meanwhile I moved to Cashmere, WA and when I first arrived in Spring of 2017, I took the truck to Town Chrysler-Dodge to see if they could fix the brakes. They looked at it and said “whoever bleed your brakes did it wrong, you have air in the lines” So they bleed the lines and the truck has had rock solid Brakes ever since. So while I was in the Service dept. We called Don K and told them their technician did a bad job on the brakes and how it had been less than a year since they worked on it (only a few months) to have Don K honor their warranty and cover the $120+ cost it took to fix the brakes. Don K flatly refused to honor their work and said if I wanted it honored I would have to drive 8+ hours back to whitefish so their inept technician would try to fix the squishy brakes (which they have had several chances to do so and failed). So I had to pay for the brakes job AGAIN at a different location for something so simple that Don K should have had it done correctly the first time. Don K was very inconsiderate and would not lift a finger to warranty their work. Beware, do not go to Don K, there is a better Dodge Dealer in Ronan MT. They are worth the extra driving distance. Jesse, my salesman, was very knowledgable and absolutely zero pressure. It was as if he really wanted to get me the vehicle I wanted, not the vehicle he wanted to sell. An all day deal is a thing of the past I was on my way down to Kalispell to buy a Chevy 1500 High Country when I noticed a Black Ram 1500 Longhorn (yes, love at first sight). Complete failure I contacted the DonK dealership to inquire about a vehicle trade. I was assigned a random salesman, who appeared to be caring up front. I explained to the salesman that I did not want to waste his time or mine. I elaborated on the value of my vehicle and the cost of the vehicle I was seeking. When I arrived at the dealership our scheduled appointment the salesmans first words were, " I tried to call you, I have no idea where you cam up with those numbers referring to my trade value." The value was firmly in the middle of KBB and NADA for a vehicle in pristine condition with lots of add-ons. After our initial meet, the salesman ignored me and did not show me the vehicle I was there to see. He then proceeded to haggle with me and even got me to agree to a deal which he then came back and said he could not do. This man was dismissive and almost rude, I cannot tell if some of his comments were playful or insulting. After all this we were not able to come to terms. After one day, I still did not want to deal with thie man however, I called back and made a counter offer... it's been 3 days he has not returned my call. i went back to service another vehicle I have with DonK. The salesman was there, he saw me, pretended to ignore me. I thought Kari dodge was bad, DonK is worse, unbelievably horrible. Save yourself, go some where else. More
