I have not bought a vehicle from these folks, but have attempted to get a few of our company vehicles serviced, and I will tell you that their service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. The attempted to get a few of our company vehicles serviced, and I will tell you that their service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. The guys in the office are extremely rude over the phone, almost yelling at the customer because they called in asking a question. They do not communicate on recall repairs, as I attempted to drop a truck off for a recall that was scheduled months in advance, only to find out at the end of the day of the scheduled repair that they did not have the part. They told me it's my responsibility to call in every two weeks to see if they have the part. Buyer beware, buy from somebody else! More
Purchased a Certified used Jeep for 52,000 and 6 weeks 4000 miles later a service light came on for the sway bar. I called the dealership and I as told it was not there problem and I would have to pay to 4000 miles later a service light came on for the sway bar. I live 3 hours away from the dealership and was inquiring about a vehicle, wanted to ask a few questions was on hold almost 10 minutes before anyone picked up, and then when I finally got someone and asked a about a vehicle, wanted to ask a few questions was on hold almost 10 minutes before anyone picked up, and then when I finally got someone and asked a couple questions, she told me there were 2 people in front of me that she would have to take my name and number and call me back. I said great, no problem, thank you, she hung up on me. Not even a goodbye or anything. She did not take my name and number either. I am guessing she was magic and knew this information! This was very maddening. I guess it was not meant to be. I called back and told their receptionist what happened, she was very kind and apologetic. But that sale sperson . . . RUDE. More
Have had appt on books for over a month to get bumper replaced and some paint touched up. Dropped off this morning, went to pick up and jeep still in same spot and nothing done. DonK is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with and I have been to several in my lifetime. The people in the service dept come off arrogant and they will lie, cheat and steal your money! bought a 2014 ram hemi april 2020, hought extended warranty. the last couples weeks a few times it ran rough for a few minutes, throwing miss fire code on cylinder # 3, called times left name and num warranty. the last couples weeks a few times it ran rough for a few minutes, throwing miss fire code on cylinder # 3, called times left name and number with service appointment desk no call backs, no call back from bill, no call back from travis service mangager, finally talked to tim ,who wasnt apologetic, no concerns about my experience, discredited this truck may have a premature cam and lifter failure cause these are known for design flaws, very poor customer service, we also bought a Subaru there a year ago November, i guess if ya dont buy brand new or lease from this place, they don't give a xxxx, so im bringing it to Toyota on weds to get looked at and fixed, More
