I have 2 jeep renegade that we can never get in for service. Now our 2021 renegade turbo (that our 20 yr old son drives for work) is having lights come off and on, getting stuck on (my husband had to s service. There is 20,000 miles on the is vehicle, still pretty new. And full warranty Only problem is Don K won’t get us in until MAY 5. At this point I want to just dump all our jeeps if we can’t even get them in for warranty work. It’s very frustrating 😞 he has to get to work and to have a brand new new car not reliable for the next 4 months is pretty messed up. More
This dealership is awful to work with. I bought my 15' grand cherokee ecodiesel from them 5 years ago and they have never been able to get my check engine light to go off. Its been in their shop over 7 times for the same reason. When I call to tell them my check engine light is back on. They say its probably not related and that I have to wait a month and a half again before they will look at it. They tried to tell me that it's my fault that I don't drive it far enough often enough. They very dismissive and condisending on the phone. I asked them to tell me the value of the car in its condition and what it would be worth fixed. They told me that the car I paid $30,000 for, in its current condition was only worth $2,700. They wanted $3,000 to fix it. I asked several times for the fixed estimate never got. So I had them fixit. Well finally after its done they have a number for me. We're still only gonna buy it back for $3,000. They wouldn't tell me the fixed value because they knew it would affect my choice to fix it or not. I'm also unsure how the value of my car dropped so far in their eyes when they are the only ones who have done matinace on it since buying it. It seem like they are trying to swindle me for my car. Be very cautious if dealing with these guys. They have lost my business for good. More

I called Don K and told them that I thought our battery had gone bad. I called and asked if I could jump start it and bring it in to get the battery tested. I was told that they were booked up into December (over 2 months). It takes about 2 minutes to check a battery. I told them that we were nearly 2000 miles from home and were scheduled to leave in 3 days. I was rather rudely told that I could bring it in and leave it for two weeks, then they could fill out a work order and get it scheduled to be worked on. They wouldn't even do a simple two minute test. I had to go to four different auto parts stores before finding a Gel filled battery. Auto zone checked and installed (a free installation) in approximately five minutes. I've never seen a dealership treat a customer in this manner. I had to pay $272 out of pocket for what should have been a warranty replacement that would have taken about five minutes for a family stranded 2000 miles from home. RIDICULOUS! My wife and I have both driven Jeeps for years, but would never purchase anything that we had to depend on this dealership for! The only reason for one star was because there was no "lower" rating. More

Had a good experience buying a 3 yr. old Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from 5 hrs. away. Not many for sale in my area so web shopping was necessary. The only problem was the difficulty contacting the staff by phone. A lot of messages and 'phone tag'. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. Photos were accurate and didn't make anything look better than it actually was. James did a fantastic job of showing the Jeep, explaining cost, fees and condition of vehicle. He called the day after the sale to let me know he found another key and would mail it to me. Finance person was also friendly and competent. I was not happy about the $580.00 documentation fee, but with it the price was still better than I've seen anywhere else. Even including the 5 hr. drive, I would recommend Don K. Auto Jeep for a fair deal and I would certainly buy another vehicle from James Abbott wherever he worked. More
Absolutely the worst dealership if have ever encountered. The service department is abhorrent. I purchase 3-4 new vehicles a year for my business and this is my first and last from DonK. Service department needs to be replaced. They do not care to help anyone unless there is big money involved. I have not bought a vehicle from these folks, but have attempted to get a few of our company vehicles serviced, and I will tell you that their service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. The guys in the office are extremely rude over the phone, almost yelling at the customer because they called in asking a question. They do not communicate on recall repairs, as I attempted to drop a truck off for a recall that was scheduled months in advance, only to find out at the end of the day of the scheduled repair that they did not have the part. They told me it's my responsibility to call in every two weeks to see if they have the part. Buyer beware, buy from somebody else! More
