Some other dealers I had been to continuosly defaulted to talking to my husband even though I was the one making the selection and purchase. But not with Bernard. He made sure to focus on me and answer all of my questions and was willing to work with me on the price. He was very accommodating as well - letting me take my time in making up my mind without any pressure and was very responsive through text messages as well, which I appreciate with having a busy work schedule. I felt very well taken care of and his charming personality was a plus on top of everything else. Thank you, Bernard! I also want to give a huge thanks to Jessica who helped to process the loan and purchase paperwork. She made sure to clearly explain every document and answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). She is extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with information, which helped me feel much more at ease since I had never purchased a car on my own before. She kept telling me to take my time to make sure I understood everything, proving to me that she had my best interest in mind. Because the sales team knew she liked the car they would not work with us at all. They would not wiggle on the price, they attempted to give me $100 only for my trade in and they would not even clean / detail the vehicle before we picked it up. We found McDonald's wrappers and the windows and seats were dirty. They only financing they offered was through them. They forgot to have us fill out all the loan paperwork and was harassing me to hurry up and get it filled out and returned to them. I will never return to this dealership again. More

worst experience of my life Do not waste your time and money here! Owned car less than 16 hours and already towed and in shop! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dishonest, unethical and rud Do not waste your time and money here! Owned car less than 16 hours and already towed and in shop! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dishonest, unethical and rude...Consumers worst NIGHTMARE!!! Found a car I absolutely loved, was contacted by customer care manager, responded saying car was well over blue book value, but that I was interested if we could negotiate priced. He stated I had done my research and scheduled appointment for test drive. Met with sales manager and then salesmen. Car was over was was considered the highest possible price by bluebook by 500, they stated they use a different method to calculate prices, implying bluebook was not reliable. I stated if they dropped the price by 500, I’d consider it. They gave me an additional 500 for my trade in, and said they’d pay of remaining loan. I said I wanted to take it to mechanic to be checked before purchasing. Salesman and manager reassured me that very competent mechanics at their dealership thoroughly inspect all of their vehicles, and went on to say unlike in Illinois, it’s to protect consumers from driving off the lot and having a car fail, and reassured me the car was reliable and tested. I stated I would take it to my mechanic again, and was told “mechanics always find a problem with a car, that’s how they make their money”. After inspection was told muffler had rust and Hole and needed replacing as well as front struts which would cost about 1,300. Brought car back and told them I would purchase the car once these things were fixed. Salesman was rude and got manager. Manager stated they can’t fix these things, and gave me run around, and implied my mechanic may have been dishonest and they go by what their mechanics say, and that they’ve already lowered price and can’t absorb the labor costs, but will give me an additional 500 off. Call mechanic and ask if Struts could wait. By this time I had already spent days and hours looking and test driving cars, and really liked this once so became more agreeable. Although price on high end, it was still fair, and with the loan being paid off and trade in, it still seemed reasonable. Salesman made me on numerous occasional feel as I was a burden wanted explanations of the numbers, but I continued to ask for verbal verification and had my mom get the same information via phone. Put deposit on car to pick up the next morning, bringing Mom in to Double check numbers and co-sign if needed for better rate. Numbers didn’t match and the so called agreement to pay off my loan was actually added to the cost. This was not what was told to me or what was agreed upon and there were subtraction signs on the agreement. Salesman accused me of lying and denied saying this and said we agreed on a price and now you’re backing out. I explained several times that they said nothing about simply giving 500 dollars to Wells Fargo out of my pocket isn’t really “paying off the loan”, sort of like offering to pay for someone’s lunch and then making them give you the money and paying the cashier. Salesman became rude and said he’d meet me half way and manager said no. I was ready to walk out. There were some tax changes and what not which dropped price slightly and I was sick of negotiating and wanted to get it over with, but knew I was being screwed. Finance guy was great, added warranty. Not a single person from the sales team thanked me for my business. A scratch was on the rear bumper which had not been there the previous day and salesman blamed me for it. There was no owners manual, and they said they wouldn’t give me one. Both sets of back up keys were also jacked. Got into car and tank was on empty. Told me we don’t fill tanks that’s your responsibility. At this point I would never recommend this dealership, unless you really love a particular car and have thick skin to tolerate rude sales team. Drove car home, about 7 Miles. Next morning not even owning car for more than 16 hours, car would not start. Had car towed to dealer. Was given a rental, called and told a cell in battery was to blame. Went to pick car up, battery light came back on. They kept the car and gave rental back. Told it was alternator this time and they were willing to cover “some” of it. The car that they said was thoroughly checked by a mechanic and car they were going to let me take which ironically they missed the problem on... I put all the money I had into a down payment on the car, and missed work this week due to the inconvenience and they expect me to pay for this?! Never again. More
