I bought a used, low mileage, 08' Sienna from Don Jacobs. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and generally clear communicators. I appreciate that. I can't say that I was pressured to buy, but I felt there was a little bit of maneuvering to get me back on the lot ASAP, with my wife, to do a test drive. I can ignore that, so that wasn't a big deal. After the test drive, my wife and I were hemming and hawing about making the purchase, Nehi asked me straight out, "do you like this car and are your ready to buy," which is fair enough. We bought it at what seems to be a fair price and have no buyers remorse. They really wanted to me to write this review right away. The salesman and the manager asked me to do it on the way out of the dealership. I got a follow up phone call asking me again, and when I called the dealership later in the week to ask about a discrepancy on the contract, he was pushing me again to write the review. I wanted to wait until I put some miles on the van, but it seems that it was important for them to get a positive review on this site. More

To my surprise he came back with the manager and said we had a deal. I have never had as easy a time of buying a car. I would definately recommend to see Nehi at Don Jacobs Toyota if you need a good deal on a car. More
Back in January I found a car at Don Jacobs Toyota in Milwaukee, WI. I have several emails where Ron Huber described the car. Six weeks later, my car was in the shop and I found that the brakes were no Milwaukee, WI. I have several emails where Ron Huber described the car. Six weeks later, my car was in the shop and I found that the brakes were not new as Ron had said. Ron rarely responded to email, only if I attached someone else's name to the email. After 2 weeks of asking him to verify the condition of the car and proof of new brakes he said that he'd cover the brakes at $30...my friend who's a mechanic said you can't even get brakes at cost for $30! The ones put on were $48 and those were only cheap Napa parts. It's been another 2 weeks, I only live an hour or so away and I still haven't received the check or replies to the emails I've sent asking if and when the check was sent. TERRIBLE customer service. Actually it was great at first. He continued to email details for a whole day and it sounded like a good enough deal to go check out and get. After the sale though, so difficult to get him to respond. He said he didn't typically do business over email. Now I know why. I have his "promises" in writing. More
Waited around a LONG time just to buy a car I told them I already wanted. Then when I took it back because the fluids were dirty they checked it and told me there was nothing they could do without a charge. already wanted. Sold me this car with a burned out bulb in the drive shaft that I had to pay for. Won't go back for service, especially since it's a subaru. Overall it was not a positive interaction but I needed a car. I love the car, though. More
I brought in a (in warranty) Tacoma because of a drive shaft clunk . In demonstrating the noise to a mechanic , he accused me of abusing the vehicle . After a fire we were told to take our 2009 Scion with 7,000 miles to this dealership for body work. The fire damage was on the driver's side of the car. Not only did they do a sloppy job on the fire damage, but when we went to pick up the car, it was full of scratches that were not on it before. We were told that that's what happens when you have 7,000 miles on a car. They accused us of coming in with all of these scratches and trying to have them fixed at the insurance company's expense. This couldn't be farther from the truth. This was a car that we take pride in ownership of. We were also told that all of the cars on the lot have at least 100 scratches on them - makes you want to go out and buy a new car at this dealership - doesn't it! The body shop manager was rude and this experience has been a nightmare. The scratches and dents are unacceptable but we seem to have no recourse. The longer they have our vehicle, the worse the damage gets. More
Went to dealer to test drive and purchase a 2008 Toyota Camry. The first person was helpful and unfortunatly because we emailed someone they directed us to someone else. We scheduled an appointment to meet the internet salesperson and waited a total of 2 hours while he attended to 2 other couples/families interested in buying. He finally sat down and started talking to us about price. At that point we asked if the price was negotiable the person spoke to us as if we did something wrong. He kept pushing "FREE" oil changes as the reason price could not be changed. I would not recommend anyone to ever waste their time going there. More
