When I have more time I am going to write a review on Yelp. I was a little apprehensive on bringing my truck in for the recall because there were so many negative comments or ratings on Yelp regarding Yelp. The process itself was painless. * Received recall notice * Set up an appointment to bring in my truck. * Received a friendly greeting - actually asked me what I knew of the recall and what work would need to be done. Also gave me the worst case scenario. * Car rental was easy. Carrie was very friendly. * Called me the same day to follow up with me on status of the truck and told me something that might need attention but was not required - no pressure. * I called the next day to see when my truck would be ready. And it was ready when I came to pick it up at 5:30 pm The only negative was whoever drove my truck, left there half drank coke bottle in one of the cup holders. More

I first dealt with Joe McKern but he could not stay with us because of his continuing illness. When we came in on that February Saturday, Steve assigned Wayne Timm to work with us. This was a great fit for my wife and I. We very much appreciated working with him. At the time of our visit we had narrowed our choices to the CR V and the Prius V. We had not expected to make a decision that day. Largely because of Wayne's attention and knowledge and his general approach we decided to take the plunge and buy the Prius. Wayne's followup on our purchase has been superb. In test driving other vehicles and working with other sales representatives, I encountered a variety of approaches. The disinterested sales approach is a real turnoff. Here is where Wayne excelled. He was attentive to our needs, addressed by name, and showed genuine interest in us. When we came in to get the Prius, Wayne spent time with us making certain we understood the ins and outs of our new purchase. I checked N/A for the price on you survey because I just don't know if our purchase prices was great or good or OK. I'm sure the dealership did alright (too many variables to know anything for certain). Were were satisfied with the price? Yes. Otherwise we would not have made the purchase. More

Excellent customer service. All of my concerns were addressed regarding the issue I had with previous brake service.
