I worked with Wayne, who was incredibly attentive and patient with me as I asked a ton of questions and wanted to see many options. His honest advice and deep knowledge of the full Toyota line really helped me weigh my options and ultimately select the right car for me, a 2013 Corolla. The entire sale process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I gave the dealer a tall order when it came to finding a new car - the exterior color, interior color and options package I selected is apparently a very rare combination, but Steve Jacobs found my a car within a week! I was really impressed with the way they kept me in the loop during the search process and when they ultimately found my car. When I went to pick it up, the business manager was very professional and knowledgeable about Toyota's financing and service options. I was never pressured to purchase a service package at the time of the car sale, and they were kind enough to provide me with the information and documentation I needed to review my service options at my own pace. When it came time to head out to the car, it looked excellent and Wayne took the time to walk through all of the exterior and interior controls with me before I drove it home for the first time. I felt confident that I knew how to operate and use all of my car's features when I drove it off the lot, and I know I can call anyone at Steve Jacobs for help if I run into a question. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Steve Jacobs (and my salesman, Wayne!) to anyone on the market for a Toyota or Scion. I've already told several of my family and friends about the great experience I had here when I purchased my Corolla. On April 7th we went to Don Jacobs with a special sale from Landmark Credit Union (500.00 off dealer invoice) 58 other dealers were part of the sale, Don Jacobs was not, we thought that since, between me from Landmark Credit Union (500.00 off dealer invoice) 58 other dealers were part of the sale, Don Jacobs was not, we thought that since, between me and my wife and youngest daughter, we have bought 9 cars from them that we could get the same deal, the sales manager would'nt even talk to us, even after Joe in finance told the salesman we were long standing customers the salesman went back to the sales manager, no dice. We went to Andrew Toyota and 2 hours later drove off with a 2013 Rav4. So much for customer loyalty. We will never recommend this dealer again. More

The service performed ended up being very nominal, as I only needed brake lights replaced. In any event, everyone I talked to was very friendly and courteous, and the shuttle service really helped out a l only needed brake lights replaced. Another plus was that the person that worked on my van replaced the back panel that I had removed (there was no problem in the back hatch area, so the back panel did not need to be removed).
