I am on my second Sienna from Don Jacobs and always work with Chris Tovar regarding service. Chris is amazingly knowledgable and is truly my champion regarding service, so when he recommended Eddie there was no question. Eddie was great to work with! We drove a number of cars and Eddie was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Friendly, low key and very knowledgable. Not pushy but very straightforward and likable. Eddie made it easy. Settled on a RAV4 Sport. We had a long discussion regarding price and he stayed very patient. He really worked hard to get some things corrected with the car that I was concerned about. We looked at some cars at a couple of other dealerships, but at the end of the day we decided that although we liked some of these other cars just fine, that we really wanted to purchase the car from Eddie. My boys actually said that and I agreed. He was our guy. In addition, when I thought about it, it was also important to me to keep working with Chris for service. I trust him so much that I could not imagine working with anyone else. Eddie and Chris are most definitely the reasons that we bought from Don Jacobs again. You can find good cars anywhere but it is hard to find people as good as Eddie and Chris. I would certainly highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking to purchase a car! And Chris is your guy when it comes to service! Thank you both!!! More

Robin, Peter Dane, & Don Jordan - all at Don Jacobs - EACH WERE EXCELLENT, professional ... caring....knowledgeable, willing to counter other deals I had rec'd from other dealers. most importantly tho ... was .... they listened to my 'needs' & guided me in what type of car was best for me .... & directed me to the 'right' car. I needed to trade in 2 cars & purchase 1 newer car. they gave me a good price for my trade-ins. I had gone to Car Max, Wilde, & a few other dealers north of Milw. My husband was unable to help w. the decisions (health issues) so i really needed the help of professionals & Robin, Peter, Don were there to help me every step of the way. Used car buying experience Called dealership about a advertised Used Toyota and spoke with Brian in Sales. He was extremely helpful providing information on the vehicle. I told him that I would be in his market looking at similar Toyota's. He later called back with information on how to view a video on line of the vehicle. We discussed some pricing options on the phone and I said that if the vehicle was in the condition he stated that I was interested in seeing it. I showed up the following day and test drove the Van. It wasn't quite as detailed out (clean) as I would have liked and he called the service dept. and they went through and detailed the vehicle and it was spotless. Thank you Brian for such great service. More
