I LOVE my car! However I was completely overcharged! My fault for not researching. It was used and almost immediately the paint started oxidizing, to which they knew about, and it is NOT covered even by extended warranty. A known problem on my year and model. The service department broke my key fob and refuse to fix it. This trip to the service department, we brought it in for the back hatch and transmission slipping,( the transmission they replaced less than a year ago). It took 3 days to fix hatch and NEVER got the transmission looked at. That would have taken another 2-3 weeks just for a diagnoses. We are part of the epidemic of grandparents raising grandchildren and I need a reliable car that, we can afford, to get these 4 blessings to 3 different schools everyday! Although they know my story, they NEVER offer loaners. I will not buy from here again however, I will have to get my car serviced there since this is where we bought out extended warranty. FYI: per our extended warranty agreement, if you take your vehicle to the dealership where you bought the warranty, there is NO CO-PAY. They have tried to charge us twice until we called the warranty company who then had to reach out to the dealership. Had we not known that, would they have refunded our money? Shady if you ask me! We are actively looking for a new car to end our relationship with this dealership. More

Absolutely amazing. Mike Hood is the best. I called the dealership first time 11 AM and I walked in the store at noon and walked out with a new Silverado Z-71 at 3pm. W Mike Hood is the best. Two days later, they were able to schedule a spray in bedliner while I waited. That was amazingly fast I was in and out in 2 hours. More

I called the service department to determine what tires I needed for my vehicle. Cedric helped me decide which replacement tires would be the best option. Since Don Hewlett advertised that they would price m needed for my vehicle. Cedric helped me decide which replacement tires would be the best option. Since Don Hewlett advertised that they would price match, I would have had to price check after deciding on a tire. Cedric checked to make sure that the pricing was the best which saved me from having to price check. He made sure when the tires would be ready and called to coordinate when I could schedule time to have them put on. Cedric was very courteous throughout the process. This experience was the second set of tires that I needed for our other Buick. The month before, I had the same experience with Cedric in deciding on replacement tires.
