Our Salesman Jeff did a great job and so did the Finance Manager Noemi. The only negative was that two days after we bought our new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox there was several messages on the screen for "Brake System Failure" and "ESC" needing repairs and that the vehicle was going to turn off in 2 minutes. So we had to have it towed to Don Hewlett's Service section to get it fixed and to get a loaner car.

Went to get tires rotated which was done correctly. They were supposed to to reattach that was covering a part underneath the car beside the tire that has previous fell off. First, they forgot to reattach it even though it was left in the front seat of my car for them to see it. After having my tires rotated, I’ve been driving my car for several days and noticed something was underneath my car. Upon further investigation, I realize that they were too zip ties. They used zip ties in order to reattach that piece instead of putting it in four corners they only put it in two corners. Not only did they use zip ties but they also did not cut the extra length of the zip ties. They left it underneath my car. Which is unacceptable and unprofessional I was embarrassed, and I cannot believe that a dealership would use zip ties in order to fix something first off. Then leave the evidence to be dragging underneath my car. Then only put it in two corners instead of all four corners to keep the piece on. I do not even have any idea of how that would be acceptable or appropriate. I will tell you, Keith in the sales department is amazing. I reached out to him and told him what happened and shown him. Pictures in he could not believe what he saw and he responded, apologizing for the work that they did. That’s why Keith will always be the person I talk to you in sales and if I ever buy another car would be him that I go to.

Best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. The team was informative, professional yet fun, and got me to exactly where I wanted to land with a new car. I am so happy I drove the extra miles to go to Don Hewlett after leaving what was an subpar experience at a significantly closer dealership.
