Our outstanding sales rep was Joseph Loya. We contacted Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick over the phone and got connected with Mr. Loya. He quickly identified our goals: (1) trade-in our vehicles and receive a Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick over the phone and got connected with Mr. Loya. He quickly identified our goals: (1) trade-in our vehicles and receive a good deal; (2) spend as little time as possible at the dealership because of Covid concerns; and (3) purchase a new vehicle. Mr. Loya made it happen! He helped us pick our new vehicle, communicated with us frequently, helped us get a good deal for our trade-ins, and even delivered our new truck. Even after wrapping up the sale, Mr. Loya reached out to us and offered his help if we had any questions regarding our vehicle. At Don Hewlett Chevrolet, the whole team is exceptional!
