Alicia was my advisor. She was helpful and answered all my questions. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu Premier and I'm so glad I had a warranty because this was the 2nd time bringing my car in for the SA my questions. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu Premier and I'm so glad I had a warranty because this was the 2nd time bringing my car in for the SAME PROBLEM. A costly problem. I can't imagine paying almost $500 each time to have my car diagnose for the same problem every 4 - 6 months. I love my car, it drives very well but the "computer glitches" can be so costly. The problem that recurred is my car would give me a message on the dashboard to put it in park after I have done so and press the off/start button and it would continuously beep. If this happens to you, BE SURE YOU turn auto day headlights off manually or your battery will die!! That was another issue. You use the piece from your faub because at this point you are locked out! You insert underneath the driver side door handle to prop off the piece so that you can unlock your door. That's all fine and dandy but to put it back on is VERY DIFFICULT. I mentioned this to Alicia and she failed to let them know in service so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Another advisor came out to assist me. She was very attentive and took care of me right away. ALSO, don't bother with a complimentary car wash. They scratch it and make it worse. I'm not sure if I can continue bringing my car here even though there a just a few people I consider loyal and helpful. One being Lee Dickie and the advisors that assisted me. I may consider Henna in the future. More

I've bought my last 2 cars from Don Hewlett Chevrolet and have had both of them maintained exclusively at their service department. Their Xpress Oil Change service is superb! You don't need an appointment, have had both of them maintained exclusively at their service department. Their Xpress Oil Change service is superb! You don't need an appointment, just drive up and tell them what you need. They review the history of the car, identify any recall or recommended services and present you with their plan for your approval. Once this is completed you relax in their customer center with complimentary beverages, WIFI, etc. Once your service is complete they review it with you, direct you to the folks who handle payment and you're done! It's quick, "painless", and the competitively priced! Most important is that they KNOW MY CAR, and make me aware of everything necessary to maintain it! I'd HIGHLY recommend this service and this dealer......as well as the Chevrolet Equinox! More

It was a very pleasant experience. Shannon, the sales person, was very understanding of my requirements and very helpful in finding the right automobile for me.
