They did a really great job on my Silverado transmission service , change fluid and filter no leaks ,shift better . I was looking for a specific 2021 Chevy Silverado LT Double Cab V8. I live in Los Angeles and due to the shortage, I couldn't find one anywhere...except at Don Hewlett Chevrolet in Texas. I had the pleasure of speaking with Chase Bass. Very nice person. He sent me all the information and a personal video of it inside and out. He and Buddy Shepperd in Finance walked me through the entire application over the phone and via text. Very easy and no pressure! Chase answered all my annoying questions via text and very promptly at that. The entire staff at Don Hewlett was very professional and friendly. I flew into Texas, shook hands with Chase and Buddy and drove 1,300 miles back home safely in my new Silverado! More

Where do I start? Me and my wife were in the market for a new truck and after a really bad experience from a another dealership we walked into Don Hewlett with not very high expectations. Was I wrong! Ryan H new truck and after a really bad experience from a another dealership we walked into Don Hewlett with not very high expectations. Was I wrong! Ryan Hewlett was our salesman and from the very beginning he took care of us to the fullest! He answered every question we had and if he didn't know he went and asked instead of just giving the run around. The young man was as sharp as they come! We walked away with a new truck along with a relationship with a dealership that will be built over the years! Very proud of Don Hewlett and Ryan and how they handle their business. I bought my first car coming back from Vietman in 1973. It was a Plymouth 340 Duster and the dealership I bought it from knew they had a novice in their office. With 3 people brow beating me i signed a deal on the car but in reflection I got racked over the coals. Since then I have learned with each car buying experience something new and i use tactics from past experiences to purchase my next vehicles. Now comes the good part. Walking into Don Hewlett cold my wife and i were introduced to Jeff Sawisch. Personalble, friendly and down to earth he was immediately someone I knew that I would have a good car buying experience with. Being a Veteran we both had common ground and since both of us were disabled veterans it made the connection even more tight. He did not give us a run around, did not do bait and switch and we only dealt with him, no two or three man tag team matches. I would say after 50 years of car buying he was the best person to deal with ever. Again he did not rush us into a decision and he explained each step of the purchase as we went along. terrible service. took suburban in Five times for the same problem and they still did not fixed, they keep charging me money for guessing what they think is wrong and making me pay for something not need same problem and they still did not fixed, they keep charging me money for guessing what they think is wrong and making me pay for something not needed end result is problem still not fixed i need to take to someone else to get repairs this dealership is going down the tube, bad service manager and techs More
