The staff at Don Hewlett are always very nice, the facility is spotless, and the service is blazingly fast. Faster than any other dealership's service department, and I have been to a LOT of them. I was serviced at the oil center where no appointment is necessary. I was greeted within minutes to let me know that they knew I was there and a service rep would be with me momentarily. Megan (the service rep) met with me about 3 minutes later, asked me what I needed, walked me thru the service they would be providing, and then guided me into the building. She told me the service would take no more than 45 minutes, which actually turned out to be about 30 minutes! The "lounge" area is comfortable and well laid out, allowing me to watch TV, read a paper or just enjoy a cup of coffee (multiple flavors!). Megan approached me about 30 minutes later to let me know the service was complete. She reviewed the results with me and then guided me to the cashier who had me ready to go in minutes. Quick note; I was able to use "GM Points" for the entire service! I HIGHLY recommend Don Hewlett's service! They've serviced all 3 cars I bought from them over the years and I've never been disappointed! Bottom line, they deliver what they promise! More

Will always takes care of me and my truck. He's polite, efficient and does a great job over delivering every time. What I thought would be a couple of days to get done, he got done same day, which saved me efficient and does a great job over delivering every time. We visited Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick with the intention of buying a Chevy Trax for my wife. She had been driving a VW Beetle, but wanted a vehicle that sat a little higher. Orlando Matta met us and liste of buying a Chevy Trax for my wife. She had been driving a VW Beetle, but wanted a vehicle that sat a little higher. Orlando Matta met us and listened to our needs. He advised us that the dealership did not have any Trax in stock, but suggested that a Chevy Bolt met our requirements. My wife drove a Bolt and immediately like the vehicle. We went home that evening and did quite a bit of research about all electric cars, with favorable results. Called Orlando and told him we would be in the next morning to close the deal. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, with no pressure, but listened and answered our questions. More

Submitted an inquiry online using the Chevrolet website. Got contacted by Joseph Loya who said he had the vehicle I was interested in. He would never confirm the vehicle trim and transmission until I tirelessly confronted him on it. He also said bottom line price was 15k but the vehicle is listed on the website for 13k... I tried to be nice and told him I wasn't interested in doing business. He tried selling me another car. I confronted him on his shady behaviour and he said I must've been talking to someone else even though I have it all in email and text. Typical shady sleazy salesman you see portrayed on TV. I refuse to do business with a dealership that has salespeople that are trying this hard to deceive a potential customer. More
