Chris Short went above and beyond with helping us purchase a new truck. Needless to say we had to order one and he made sure the dealership had an allocation available, made sure it was on the next o purchase a new truck. When truck was on its way he helped us through the process of adding accessories and was very thorough when we came to actually pick up the truck. All in all one of the best experiences in purchasing a new vehicle I can recall. More

Working with Jeff G. in finance was also a good experience. When considering the additional warranty, he didn’t pressure us. They both seemed knowledgeable and helpful through all it. The only thing that could have made the process better, was getting a little bit of a better price on the truck. But unfortunately for us, now is not the time to buy. Otherwise: Great Job! The staff at Don Hewlett are always very nice, the facility is spotless, and the service is blazingly fast. Faster than any other dealership's service department, and I have been to a LOT of them. The service manager even took time on a busy week day to chat for a minute, as I wanted to convey how impressed I was. Most importantly: They have never been condescending to my wife, assuming she knows nothing about cars and try to sell something we don't need. More
I was serviced at the oil center where no appointment is necessary. I was greeted within minutes to let me know that they knew I was there and a service rep would be with me momentarily. Megan (the servic necessary. I was greeted within minutes to let me know that they knew I was there and a service rep would be with me momentarily. Megan (the service rep) met with me about 3 minutes later, asked me what I needed, walked me thru the service they would be providing, and then guided me into the building. She told me the service would take no more than 45 minutes, which actually turned out to be about 30 minutes! The "lounge" area is comfortable and well laid out, allowing me to watch TV, read a paper or just enjoy a cup of coffee (multiple flavors!). Megan approached me about 30 minutes later to let me know the service was complete. She reviewed the results with me and then guided me to the cashier who had me ready to go in minutes. Quick note; I was able to use "GM Points" for the entire service! I HIGHLY recommend Don Hewlett's service! They've serviced all 3 cars I bought from them over the years and I've never been disappointed! Bottom line, they deliver what they promise! More
