Worst service experience ever. Made a 7am appointment for a factory recall that was suppose to be a 3 hour repair. Evidently appointments mean nothing. Returned to dealer at 1 pm and was told vehicle would b a factory recall that was suppose to be a 3 hour repair. Evidently appointments mean nothing. Returned to dealer at 1 pm and was told vehicle would be ready at the end of the day. xxx ??? What was the point of arriving at 7 am? Finally got vehicle at 5:33 pm. Would not send my worst enemy to this dealership! Also, just a heads up, very few employees wearing mask. Had to give one star to post otherwise it would have been -0. More

I felt like my last repair job was a cash scam. My vehicle wouldn’t start so I got a jumpstart and went to get a new battery installed. Started fine a few days and died on me again. Took to Hewlett an vehicle wouldn’t start so I got a jumpstart and went to get a new battery installed. Started fine a few days and died on me again. Took to Hewlett and was told that I needed ECM replaced for $872, picked up vehicle and it wouldn’t start 3-4 days later. While getting any jumpstart we notified that one of the battery cables was loose. So instead of a fairly inexpensive repair, I got scammed for a more expensive repair. Not fair. More

Called sales. Needed a rig. Got 2 agents... horrible. got two sales agents. The first one hung up on me. Quite literally hung up on me within the first minute of the call. Second one rude, presumptuous, put two sales agents. The first one hung up on me. Quite literally hung up on me within the first minute of the call. Second one rude, presumptuous, put me in hold without asking. Protested. He said "Sorry you feel that way." Well, I'm sorry he did not meet my high expectations. Will never go back. I had an excellent experience with Don Hewlett Chevrolet and Jeff Sawisch and the rest of the people who helped me get my newest car! They were even trustworthy to let me drive my new car home to just outs and Jeff Sawisch and the rest of the people who helped me get my newest car! They were even trustworthy to let me drive my new car home to just outside of Marble Falls for the night and return the next day with keys and title for the old car and money for the new car!
