Once we decided, our rep kept in touch with us throughout the entire repair process, kept us updated on the progress and offering different options as issues arose. We broke down after our transmission went out and had our 2017 Tahoe towed to the dealership. The next morning Paul (Servixe Advisor) called to let us know they had our Tahoe (we call him Goose). We told his how worried we were and that we were supposed to leave for our Family Reunion in 5 days (2.5 of those days Don Hewlett Chevrolet we’re going to be closed because of the 4th of July holiday. Paul went out of his way to personally check to see if you had the parts, stayed in communication with us the entire time, worked seamlessly with the used car dealership we did purchased our Tahienfrom to get it covered under warranty, and got Goose back to us healthy in a day and a half. Paul, and the technicians, are the heroes of this story and we can’t express just how great full we are for them going above and beyond, in our opinion, to get our Goose back to us healthy and running smoothly in time for us to take our trip. We will definitely coming to Don Hewlett Chevrolet for all our service and repair needs!! More
The other day I left the dealership after being inspected - yes, it passed. On the way out my right blinker was acting crazy and continued to do so for the next few days - sure enough, the back light was not - yes, it passed. On the way out my right blinker was acting crazy and continued to do so for the next few days - sure enough, the back light was not working. I returned to Hewlett, explained my dilemna and that I did not want to get a ticket for a rear blinker not working. They took it right back and within an hour I was on my way with everything working. Had windows tinted on new truck, Accessories Sales Consultant was Brian Sinclair. Brian is a true professional. He went out of his way to assist my wife and I.
