I brought in my 2020 Encore GX to get the engine air filter replaced. Tanner met me on the driveway and I told him what I wanted. He told me it would be just a little while and directed me to the love filter replaced. Tanner met me on the driveway and I told him what I wanted. He told me it would be just a little while and directed me to the lovely waiting room. I got a bottle of cold water and sat down to wait. In just a bit, Tanner came back and told me that, unfortunately, the air filter I needed was on back order. I explained that I had a rebate coupon that expired in 1 day and he apologized and gave me his card and wrote on it to give me a discount in the amount of the rebate coupon. That was even better because now I don't have to bother with sending in a rebate and waiting to be reimbursed. Another example of how great the service is at Don Hewlett. He brought back my vehicle which had been washed and vacuumed and the tires had been brought up to the correct level. Tanner is just one of many great Don Hewlett personnel.
