The repair department was super helpful. They were able to patch my tire instead of me purchasing a new one. They resolved my check engine light timely. A local auto repair shop that I used to visit before purchasing my vehicle from Don Hewlett would always tell me I needed a new tire, they never patched my tires. And I always felt like I overpaid and was never sure if I was getting a fair deal. I always feel like I'm getting a fair deal from Don Hewlett and never feel scammed. An employee wrecked our vehicle after an oil change while he was driving it to the car wash area. It is on our dash cam as proof and he said a curse word when he did it. Then he went to lunch. We spoke with Mike Hewlett, but he failed to say, "We are sorry this happened." Patrick in service did apologize to my husband. They fixed it but never apologized and said it was detailed, but it was still dirty on the inside. We will never give another dime and do not recommend. More
