Beyond Disappointed with this car dealership, one sales manager Diego I’m assuming that’s his title gave me his word and told me they take good care of their customers! He took such good care, that around a month after purchasing the vehicle I’ve now had to replace the battery and in the process of replacing the starter. When I called to speak with him the second time once the check engine light came on he has refused to answer my calls or call me back. The sales representative that helped me with the vehicle told me she spoke with another sales manager as well and pretty much said I’m screwed that they will not be doing anything about it, it’s all on me. I’ve been to small car lots that actually take good care of their customers! This is the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle!!! I am a single mother and I was in need of a vehicle they definitely took advantage of that to sell me on the worst vehicle!! Not to mention that I was very specific when I told them I have a baby and don’t want to end up breaking down with the vehicle and that is exactly what happened!! If you decide to car shop at Don Hewlett just know they do not check the vehicles to make sure they are in good standings for long! And they definitely DO NOT take care of their customers!!! More
Do not buy from Chevy. They don’t supply you with a loaner because they cut their fleet programs for most dealerships. If I knew this I would have never bought a $60k truck from them. No one at Don Hewlett communicates. Salesman screwed up the first order for my truck. They reorderd the truck, which caused delays. The new truck has less features in it than a vehicle from the 80's. A complete downgrade from what I traded in. None of the features i asked for where in the truck. I'm surprised it didn't have manual crank windows. Why would i spend 60K on a truck that was lesser than the one i was in. When I asked my salesman who I could speak with that was higher up, his exact words were "to what end" and "nobody forced you to buy it". Also, it did not even have the Homelink buttons in it. I was getting an electric bed cover installed and was assured by the accessory person that it could be wired in to work with those buttons. I paid almost 600.00 to have those buttons installed after the fact, but was then told it couldn't be programed to work with the bed cover. I expressed that if I had known that prior I would not have spent 600.00 to have buttons installed that are useless, to which i really didn't get a reply, much less any concern. This is the 3rd truck in a row I have bought from Hewlett, and it will definitely be the LAST. More

Jason stepped up and took great care of me and my husband when our initial sales guy was out of the office. He made us feel welcomed and important. The Hewlett folks were all very informative and helpful d when our initial sales guy was out of the office. He made us feel welcomed and important.
