Bought a truck in December 2022 and have already needed to replace the transmission and its now in the shop again for a cylinder valve intake collapse. The salesman did not show us the carfax as he was sup to replace the transmission and its now in the shop again for a cylinder valve intake collapse. The salesman did not show us the carfax as he was supposedly obligated to do, we sat in the office for 9 hours working on purchasing a different truck when we told him multiple times it was not in our budget. He kept saying his job is to find a car we like and finances job is the numbers but it shouldn't be hard to see the numbers we're not going to get where we needed them so at hour 8 he switches the truck to the one we have because it OBVIOUSLY would work better price-wise but it was such a trick swap they hadn't even done the inspection on the truck yet as it just got sold to the lot. Now we're again out money TO THE DEALERSHIP that sold us a truck with nothing but huge expensive problems. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone in fact steer clear and go anywhere else to save you time and money and sanity. More
