In reviewing the service notes, we do find where our technicians and shop fo reman were unable to duplicate the reported AC and transmission concerns after numerous key cycles and approximately 30+ miles of test drives. We realize intermittent vehicle concerns can be frustrating when the vehicle doesn't cooperate while we have it in the shop.
