My service situation was probably the most extreme and frustrating imaginable. Unbeknownst to me, the original selling dealership had installed an aftermarket anti-theft device when the car was purchased frustrating imaginable. Unbeknownst to me, the original selling dealership had installed an aftermarket anti-theft device when the car was purchased new. This necessitated a lengthy and involved troubleshooting process. It took a rep from GM to find the troublesome device. The whole process took months. The dealership demonstrated extraordinary persistence and took complete care of me along the way. It was their desire to resolve the issue, regardless of the difficulties involved, that was beyond my wildest expectations. I have never been so impressed by any company as I am with Don Hewlett. Thanks to them, I now have my dream car running properly and will enjoy it for many years to come. They have earned my lifetime loyalty and business. Words alone cannot express my gratitude, but a thank you will have to suffice. More

About the Hewlett dealership, it is definitely a challenge to manage the numerous text & e-mail messages r’cvd in daily basis. Since January 2025, I have been overwhelmed I could say inundated w/ voice mails, text messages, & e-mails about my lease ending soon [July 2025], yet none addressing an offer where I can… upgrade to a new model w/zero out of pocket costs, or lower monthly payments ONLY stating you MAY be eligible for the “ waving of the disposition fee.” The stress has been unbelievable w/ the constant reminders… More

Let's see the salesman was fine, he answered my questions satisfactorily. The selection process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours including test drive. THEN I SAT AROUND FOR 5 1/2 TO 6 HOURS WAITING TO FILL OUT FINANCE satisfactorily. The selection process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours including test drive. THEN I SAT AROUND FOR 5 1/2 TO 6 HOURS WAITING TO FILL OUT FINANCE PAPERS FOR A TOTAL OF CLOSE TO 8 HOURS IN YOUR SHOW ROOM. PATHETIC!!!! In the meantime staff was sitting on their respective xxxxx doing nothing , at least from my perspective. Management needs to re-evaluate staff productivity! In all my 80 years that is the longest time I"ve ever taken to purchase a car. Again I'm not talking about my sales rep, he was fine. Oh, update listing of personnel below. More
