The staff was friendly and patient. However, the dealer website could be improved to reflect package availability by specific package names when filtering vehicles. For example, the GM website lists the "Safety and Technology Package," but the Don Hewlett website lists similar option names, making it challenging to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. On a positive note, the dealer website made it easy to find a vehicle based on projected delivery versus in-stock inventory. More

I had to take my C8 back to the dealership for service on 8/30/24 because there was engine oil on my garage floor after my 9/20/24 engine oil change and the underside panels were soaked with oil. The service 8/30/24 because there was engine oil on my garage floor after my 9/20/24 engine oil change and the underside panels were soaked with oil. The service tech assessed that there was no engine oil leak and the oil on the garage floor and underside panels was due to "residual oil from the oil change" To me "residual oil from the oil change" means a sloppy mechanic and should be fired. This was a rushed job even though the car was in the service shop for more than half a day. I've done lots of engine oil changes and I've never heard of "residue oil" I DO NOT recommend Don Hewlett Chevrolet More

They manager and the accountant were present when the deal was offered and accepted. No need to be denied. They stated they will call during the week to get it scheduled, but once they didn't contact me I drove up there and no one is acceepting responsibility. They do not honor their word or deal. They just want to close the sale, no matter what they promise you. More

It was used and almost immediately the paint started oxidizing, to which they knew about, and it is NOT covered even by extended warranty. A known problem on my year and model. The service department broke my key fob and refuse to fix it. This trip to the service department, we brought it in for the back hatch and transmission slipping,( the transmission they replaced less than a year ago). It took 3 days to fix hatch and NEVER got the transmission looked at. That would have taken another 2-3 weeks just for a diagnoses. We are part of the epidemic of grandparents raising grandchildren and I need a reliable car that, we can afford, to get these 4 blessings to 3 different schools everyday! Although they know my story, they NEVER offer loaners. I will not buy from here again however, I will have to get my car serviced there since this is where we bought out extended warranty. FYI: per our extended warranty agreement, if you take your vehicle to the dealership where you bought the warranty, there is NO CO-PAY. They have tried to charge us twice until we called the warranty company who then had to reach out to the dealership. Had we not known that, would they have refunded our money? Shady if you ask me! We are actively looking for a new car to end our relationship with this dealership. More
