03/2023 UPDATE: The 2023 Chevrolet Malibu I purchased on 01/10/2023 is now in need of service. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I didn’t care to purchase a brand new car. I showed up with multiple stock numbers for USED vehicles but was ultimately persuaded to purchase new. It made sense since I have three young c0hildren anwant to deal with repairs and as my sales person stated “a good and reliable vehicle”. Not even two months later and I am having issues with the vehicle. I was fine with taking my vehicle in to be serviced but when I was told that I needed to make transportation arrangements while they are diagnosing and repairing, it became an issue. I have now been working with Nathaniel, Howard, and Garret on a solution, but for whatever reason, I am just being told daily (since Tuesday 03/07) that things are “still in the works” with no further explanation and only because I am the one reaching out for an update. The energy I got on Tuesday went in person was so different than the energy I got in January. I am so discouraged and disappointed. The offer was to Uber me to and from the dealership but my kids all go to school and I need to get to work, this is not a solution for me. I referred my mother in law and the same week I bought my car, she bought a used car. She is ALSO having to make arrangements to take her vehicle in for repairs AS WELL. Now I am stuck with a car payment and a vehicle with multiple issues, with the main issue being a strong electrical burning smell. I’m only giving two stars for the solution Howard tried making with offering the two Uber rides. More

Came in for some scheduled re-call work and an oil-change. Original time estimate would be drop it off at 8:00 and would be done by 1:00 pm. They were finished before 11:30! Unfortunately, we had a mechanical problem with a late model used truck right after we bought it. Don Hewlett has bent over backwards to not only diagnose and correct the issue, but took care of us with model used truck right after we bought it. Hewlett Chevy is my go-to dealer for all maintenance on my Truck. Never been disappointed. This visit was to replace O2 sensors which was completed faster than expected.
