I took a test drive, came back and signed the papers...no hassle, no "I need to talk to my manager", no delays or back and forth nickle and dime stuff, just a straightforward business transaction. Over the years, I have bought several new cars (probably 10-12) and this was one of the best and most pleasant experience that I have had. We conducted the whole transaction (excluding picking up the car) in two phone calls and a few emails (I didn't require more interaction than that).
