Charles was a wonderful salesperson. I felt very comfortable with him, since he sold my parents a car last year. But Charles and the fiance team made it right! They found me an excellent Chevy Trail Blazer that was the same trim level and just as many features as the one I lost! It was a very good replacement and even if I was very disappointed about the original red car, the white car turned out to be the perfect car for me and I am thankful that it's mine! Charles made me feel comfortable and safe and I never once felt I was getting taken advantage of. I know it's hard to be a woman buying a car alone. But Charles was wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone! More

My car is an older car, 13yrs old, it has been in this Don Hewlett Chevrolet for I think 3 times now in the last 2-3yrs. I have been satisfied everytime. This last service was a HUGE service. I have an ex Don Hewlett Chevrolet for I think 3 times now in the last 2-3yrs. I have been satisfied everytime. This last service was a HUGE service. I have an extended warranty which surprisingly covered most of the cost which of course mad this repair so wonderful. But honestly I was extremely pleased with the communication from my service tech Paul. He was actually great. He kept me updated often and always returned my text or questions. And the simple fact my extended warranty covered the expenses for the amount the dealership was asking for just proves that the dealership is being 100% fair with their prices. You know if the dealership is trying to charge too much the first people to decline that is the warranty. But even the warranty people couldn’t argue with these cost. My car has some other things going wrong with it that are not hindering my everyday driving that I was made aware of and informed about the cost to repair that will not be covered by any warranty but I was not pressured at all the HAVE to repair these at this time. I was even sent pictures to help me understand exactly what each repair was needed. This is why I keep bringing my vehicle back to this dealership and will until I get a new one, which will also be brought into this dealership if not actually bought from this dealership which is most likely going to happen. I have had nothing but good experiences here. More

Buying a truck there this past September was the absolute worst car dealership experience I've had.
