I’m sorry to learn that we were unable to work within your time frame for the requested service. In reviewing the notes and from talking to our staff it would appear we had a breakdown in communication. For this I’d like to apologize and offer to assist in getting the latest programming update installed in your vehicle. It’s important to note here that the technical capacities of one model year vehicle to the next may represent a playback issue regardless of the program that the vehicle is running. Simply put the factory may change the radios year over year just enough that your 2013 won’t be able to perform like a 2014 radio will. Please let me know how I may best assist you moving forward. There are no excuses for fumbling the ball as badly as we did so I won’t offer any.
