Let's see the salesman was fine, he answered my questions satisfactorily. The selection process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours including test drive. THEN I SAT AROUND FOR 5 1/2 TO 6 HOURS WAITING TO FILL OUT FINANCE satisfactorily. The selection process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours including test drive. THEN I SAT AROUND FOR 5 1/2 TO 6 HOURS WAITING TO FILL OUT FINANCE PAPERS FOR A TOTAL OF CLOSE TO 8 HOURS IN YOUR SHOW ROOM. PATHETIC!!!! In the meantime staff was sitting on their respective xxxxx doing nothing , at least from my perspective. Management needs to re-evaluate staff productivity! In all my 80 years that is the longest time I"ve ever taken to purchase a car. Again I'm not talking about my sales rep, he was fine. Oh, update listing of personnel below. More

Have been coming to Hewlett for several years. Drove there about 25 miles from Georgetown. Told about three and a half- four hour wait, so went back home. Was given a list of 4-5 major services that will be due. But still can't make an appointment to do that. So choice is wait all day for my truck or make an appoint some where. Service Rep did a good job, getting me in, out and advising on future maintenance that would be necessary. More
