First ,let me just say this was not the service writers fault but I’m disappointed that there was no help on the dealership end when it came to a “Manufacturer” error.I brought my car here on 3/30/2021 bec fault but I’m disappointed that there was no help on the dealership end when it came to a “Manufacturer” error.I brought my car here on 3/30/2021 because it was leaking coolant but couldn’t tell where it was coming from.They checked it out and said they couldn’t find it either after a couple of days looking at it.Then finally I was told that they were just going to replace the cylinder head and gasket.I was ok,at this point my car was there for about a week.Then I was called a day later and was told that even though it’s an internal leak,they need to run some more test for warranty.After about two days I was called and told that the head were too damaged to repair so at this point,They needed to replace the whole engine.this was the middle of the week,I was told that they had to order the engine and it could take up to four days and give them a couple of days of course for installation.I was upset because at this point I was going on three weeks without a vehicle and missing work due to having no vehicle.I ended up getting a rental ($300) and found out they was not reimbursing me nor do they do anything as far as rentals when it comes to the customers.How is this fair?an incident that was the manufacturer fault and paying out of pocket and missing my job because my car was not working properly.Nothing was given to me nor did they think to help with putting me down without providing a ride or Uber at least.I love the staff but im very disappointed on how this situation was handled.That was practically a brand new car with engine issues????!!!!..I will never understand.I ended up losing on both ends.Engine was and financially wise.Im grateful for warranty but I will never buy another Mitsubishi again.First and last. More
