Excellent customer service. William (service manager) continued to update me on the progress of the vehicle repair.. I never had to call to check. I took my car in for an oil change, and cabin air filter issue, it was recommended to me by the intake guy (David) to have the engine filter done as well. They also watched my car which was a poor job, with issue, it was recommended to me by the intake guy (David) to have the engine filter done as well. They also watched my car which was a poor job, with the passenger side of the car clean and the driver side and rear window still had erasable marker still visible on the car. I got a mile away from the service department center when the check engine light came on the car. I returned and spoke with David the intake person and told him, he stated that he would get the worker to check the car and said there was a hose loose, well I didn't do it, they were the only one whom did work on the car. On Saturday, a few days later the air condition unit was making a noise, I called this morning and spoke with David again about bringing the vehicle back, brought it back and they say that there was a bug caught in the car, there is more but I will not go further. From now on I will continue to work with Mr. William, his team is always on point. David, you have got to do better son. Plus, you owe me a car wash. More
