This dealership was a rip off. I will not go there again. After getting a written estimate on a service for my mini-van, the actual price for the service ended up being almost $100 more than the estimate I r After getting a written estimate on a service for my mini-van, the actual price for the service ended up being almost $100 more than the estimate I received previously. Because the service needed wasn't urgent, I only had them do part of the work. Then within a week of the service being done, I had to have my vehicle towed to their shop. After finding out what was wrong with the van, we told them that it would be out of their lot as I was unwilling to pay another $300+ for another shotty repair. Went to another service station, who's willing to do the work for almost $200 less. Also, bought a pre-owned vehicle from them that we've had to put money into to make repairs, that were supposed to be under warranty. This car has been in the shop almost as much as it's been driven. The same problem seems to be coming up and they are unwilling to properly fix it. This shop will be reported to Chrysler as well as the BBB because of their poor business practices. I've never been treated as poorly in a service department as I was in the horrible place. NEVER AGAIN! More
