I'm originally from California and I wish the car lots there had as friendly, helpful and trust worthy sales people and employees as Don Marshall has. In the past when we were in the market for an auto I would stay home and let my husband bring the car to me and then tell him which one I like because I knew it would be an all day thing with the "Grand Wizard" (whomever they take the paper that we make the offers on to. This is what I call this person). Don Marshall dealership didn't play that game, at the second offer they told us what was the best price we could get it for. We both thought that Van was one of the easiest sales persons we have ever had and there was no high pressure either and then Cristi Collins was the sweetest and kindest person that we had dealt with that day. She really made us feel special. The finance department person that helped us was Jim Brink and again he was extremely helpful and honest, letting us know what options were available and letting us choose what was right for us.
