Very good people to deal with. Dissatisfied with prep of vehicle. Tires were low on pressure, one valve stem ext. was very lose. unable to find block heater cord, one valve cap was missing. Due to the situation with us having had our car totaled we had to purchase a car. We saw one on line and liked the looks of it. We called and spoke with a couple of people who were very friendly and cons we had to purchase a car. We saw one on line and liked the looks of it. Cullen was sick and asked not to "dicker" just get a good running vehicle with low mileage and told the agent that he didn't want to "haggle" and explained why. She was very considerate through the whole process with us coming there and being able to see and drive the car we saw on line. She even had it washed and ready. She was patient with both of us and answered all our questions. As we were driving our 2011 Nissan Versa home, we realized the whole thing took approximately 3 hours; which included going to the bank, coming back to the company and dropping off some paperwork the agent needed and returning the rental car back to Enterprise and back to sign and finish up paperwork with Brandi.
