We were looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan RT and could not find one locally, so I searched online. I found this dealer and did my shopping via phone. Jeff was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and kept calls short. If he had to calculate figures or do further research, he ended the call instead of keeping me on hold. His follow ups were always prompt. We were actually on our way to another dealership when Jeff's associate called. I told her we found someone else that met my needs. But Jeff didn't give up. He knew my bottom dollar, worked some magic and he made it happen... all over the phone! We turned around and headed north to buy my van from Jeff. At the dealership, Jeff had my van pulled up and ready to show. He walked us through the features, showed us how it worked, and took me on a test drive. Jeff brought us drinks and cooked us hot dogs (Memorial Day weekend special, i assume) while preparing our documents. Once Jim was available, signing and paying was a breeze! Jim offered the additional warrantee and protective coatings, but there was absolutely no pressure. We were in and out within 10 minutes. All in all, great experience! They knew a day in advance we were coming out of state to make our purchase; we were still there 4 hours. We purchased a Dodge 3500 with tow package and it did not come with a factory trailer brake controlle make our purchase; we were still there 4 hours. We purchased a Dodge 3500 with tow package and it did not come with a factory trailer brake controller. When we asked about it we were told we would have to buy one and pay for instillation. The dealership offered free oil changes for life, but living out of state we can not take advantage of this. We feel this would have been a fair trade for the brake controller. When spending $50,000 on a new vehicle, we feel they should have resolved this problem. We wanted to use our local credit union and they told use they could get us a better interest rate using their financial institution. When we got back to the finance manager, Jim Brink, he took upon himself to use their bank with a HIGHER interest rate. When we questioned him about it he stated it was just a couple dollars more a month. A couple dollars more a month adds up over a 6 year period. We feel this was a flat out bait and switch. Also, when submitting this review I had the option of logging into my account using Facebook; but we had to share my friends list and profile, and other information we feel was not necessary. More

This time the salesmen considered my interest as well as the dealership interest so that we both had an enjoyable experience. Everyone at the dealership, the sales personnel, the manager, the financial manager and those we came in contact with were friendly and courteous. The truck was presented spotless and the salesmen went over all details and explained each function. Although, with the high tech these days, I am still reading my manual. The truck is above my expectation in performance and detail. Look out Ford!!! More
