When ever I go looking for a new car I have three things I want. A good price (of course), a friendly & knowledgeable sales person, and quick service no run around. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by the sales person and asked what I was looking for. Upon hearing my requests and desires I was shown the vehicles that best matched my wants. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions. He filled me in on all the options and stats of the vehicle. I was able to take a pretty long test drive that allowed me to really get a fill the vehicle which was nice. The vehicle I choose had a nice rebate offer so I got a great price. After choosing the vehicle I wanted we went into a very comfortable area where we could talk and fill out the paper work. Although paper work to me is usually long and annoying the sales staff made it a very easy and rather quick experience, which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I found ourselves unexpectedly at Don Marshall just to "look around". As soon as we stepped foot onto the lot, we were greeted by a friendly face, Jeff Laswell. Mr. Laswell was an excep Marshall just to "look around". As soon as we stepped foot onto the lot, we were greeted by a friendly face, Jeff Laswell. Mr. Laswell was an exceptional dealer, as he got to work on checking paper work first to see what we could qualify for. This saved lots of time because we would have been looking at cars first, and then finding out later whether or not we could be eligible for that particular car. We told Mr. Laswell that we were looking for a car that was better on gas and having a lower payment would be wonderful. He found us the perfect car! We ended up purchasing a Dodge Avenger that was better on gas, had fewer miles, was newer, and even saved us around forty dollars a month on our car payment. Mr. Laswell even worked two hours overtime to stay with us while all of the paper work was processed, and while we took everything out of our old car and placed it into our new one. He never rushed us, or acted like he needed to be somewhere else. The whole time we were there, Mr. Laswell treated us as if we were his main priority.
